 Terms & Conditions

All prices are shown in Australian dollars & include all taxes, where applicable.

A  delivery fee will be added to your order dependent on the delivery location.

If it is outside our current delivery area, a delivery fee $10 us charged which covers delivery of your flowers or hampers anywhere in Australia or around the world through Interflora. There is no more to pay.

The standard price is representative of the product pictured. The premium price (if selected) indicates an increase in size and/or flower or gourmet food or container value.

All designs illustrated are a guide to the style of flowers, gourmet foods and gifts that will be delivered. Flowers, gourmet foods, containers and accessories may vary according to regional and seasonal availability, or when they do not meet our quality standards. Some items may not be available on the day of placing your order due to seasonality or being in stock. In some cases, substitutions of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fulfil your requirements.

You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Other State Licensing restrictions may apply, please ask for details.

Deliveries including alcohol will not be left unless there “recognizable adult” accepting the order, even if instructions are “to leave at …..”.( Proof of age ie 18+ may be required)

Nambour Hospital guarantees the freshness, flower quality and value of every order as each floral arrangement is created by a professional florist.

Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times, but only funeral deliveries can be specific with regard to time.

Special delivery conditions apply to hospitals, hotels, ships, airports, funeral parlours, crematoria and cemeteries.

Cancelations or alterations to orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering and before a delivery attempt is made.

All other orders can be canceled through written advice by the customer (some proof of identity may be required)

Orders which have been completed and a delivery attempted cannot be canceled.

Orders which have been started but no delivery attempted mads can be canceled and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Orders which require perishable food items will be subject to a fee equivalent to the cost of purchase after they have been purchased.

In the event of any goods being unavailable, we will substitute other goods of equivalent or greater value.

 

Refund Policy 

If goods we supply fail to meet one or more of the guarantees provided by the Australian Consumer Law - Return and Refund Guide, we will try to provide a ´remedy´ to the consumer.

That is, we will try to put right the fault, deficiency or failure.

Depending on the circumstances, this may take the form of a refund, repair, replacement or compensation equivalent to the drop in value of the product.

Nambour Hospital Florist follows these guarantees but as the products are in the main living materials, special care is required.( Flower Care Tips),

Complaints must be made within 12 hours of delivery by Nambour Hospital Florist, or a claim cannot be processed.
 
All products need to be returned to, and, sighted in, the store before any claim can begin.
