All prices are shown in Australian dollars & include all taxes, where applicable.

A  delivery fee will be added to your order dependent on the delivery location.

If it is outside our current delivery area, a delivery fee $10 us charged which covers delivery of your flowers or hampers anywhere in Australia or around the world through Interflora. There is no more to pay.

The standard price is representative of the product pictured. The premium price (if selected) indicates an increase in size and/or flower or gourmet food or container value.

All designs illustrated are a guide to the style of flowers, gourmet foods and gifts that will be delivered. Flowers, gourmet foods, containers and accessories may vary according to regional and seasonal availability, or when they do not meet our quality standards. Some items may not be available on the day of placing your order due to seasonality or being in stock. In some cases, substitutions of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fulfil your requirements.

You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Other State Licensing restrictions may apply, please ask for details.

Deliveries including alcohol will not be left unless there “recognizable adult” accepting the order, even if instructions are “to leave at …..”.( Proof of age ie 18+ may be required)

Nambour Hospital guarantees the freshness, flower quality and value of every order as each floral arrangement is created by a professional florist.

Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times, but only funeral deliveries can be specific with regard to time.

Special delivery conditions apply to hospitals, hotels, ships, airports, funeral parlours, crematoria and cemeteries.

Cancelations or alterations to orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering and before a delivery attempt is made.

All other orders can be canceled through written advice by the customer (some proof of identity may be required)

Orders which have been completed and a delivery attempted cannot be canceled.

Orders which have been started but no delivery attempted mads can be canceled and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Orders which require perishable food items will be subject to a fee equivalent to the cost of purchase after they have been purchased.

In the event of any goods being unavailable, we will substitute other goods of equivalent or greater value.

 

Refund Policy 

If goods we supply fail to meet one or more of the guarantees provided by the Australian Consumer Law - Return and Refund Guide, we will try to provide a ´remedy´ to the consumer.

That is, we will try to put right the fault, deficiency or failure.

Depending on the circumstances, this may take the form of a refund, repair, replacement or compensation equivalent to the drop in value of the product.

Nambour Hospital Florist follows these guarantees but as the products are in the main living materials, special care is required.( Flower Care Tips),

Complaints must be made within 12 hours of delivery by Nambour Hospital Florist, or a claim cannot be processed.
 
All products need to be returned to, and, sighted in, the store before any claim can begin.

Nambour Hospital Florist respects your privacy. We will always handle personal information securely and carefully taking all manageable steps to ensure any and all customer details are restricted to in store use only. We will comply with all relevant Australian Privacy Laws and our staff are aware of these obligations.
 
Information Collected
 
Nambour Hospital Florist only collects, store and use personal information, such as your name, address telephone number or email address, to carry out your purchase instructions.
We will not use the information collected for any other purpose not related to the services we provide.
We securely destroy all relevant information including paper and electronically stored information, after a relevant period of time with respect to Australian Law.

You will be requested to provide some form of identification directly related to the service we have provided before it will be released.
No credit card information will be released at any time for any reason.
 
What information do we gather?

Information you provide you provide when placing your order such as your name, address, telephone number(s) email address
Information about the transaction (including those not completed or cancelled) carried our through this website, via phone or in-house, including the product(s) ordered, recipient details, messages, order dates and credit card details.
Information passed from your computer to our computer including but not limited to your use of this website, browser, IP address and internet connection speed.
We will not use the information collected for any other purpose not related to the services we provide.

Credit Card Information
 
All credit card transactions are processed through NAB Transact .
This is through a secure gateway hosted by NAB.
All credit card details are held securely by NAB Tranact and not on any server associated with Nambour Hospital Florist.

Delivery
 
Nambour Hospital Florist delivers throughout the Sunshine Coast daily for orders received by 2:00 pm Monday to Friday, and 10:00 am Saturday.(Australian Eastern Standard Time). Placing orders 24 hours earlier helps us to ensure delivery. As members of Interflora we can also arrange for delivery through Australia and the world
 
Delivery Times
 
We will make all attempts to deliver your order as soon as practical on the day requested and generally provide two delivery services per day AM or PM.
All orders should be delivered before 6:00 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST/UTC +10)  except in exceptional circumstances (flood, storms, motor accidents). We don’t guarantee delivery to funerals, wedding receptions, parties, functions with out 24 hours’ notice or direct phone contact on the day to confirm that the delivery can be made. Most Funeral Directors require deliveries to occur at least one hour before the service commences. We do our best to cater for your request but we would recommend an alternative address be supplied. We don’t guarantee delivery to some locations. (E.g. Intensive care and psychiatric wards, secure facilities, without prior arrangement by the customer and the facility.) If there is a contact number with the order we will try to contact the recipient checking if they are at the location specified before attempting the delivery. If no contact number is given, delivery will be attempted on the day specified. If the recipient is not at the specified location when the delivery is attempted, the order will not be left unless specific instructions are given. A Contact Card will be left detailing how to contact us to complete the delivery. An etra delivery fee may be charged.
 
Delivery for Christmas
 
The cut off time for guaranteed Christmas delivery within Australia is 12:00 Midday Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST/UTC +10) on 24th of December. Due to the large volume of orders that our florists will be delivering for Christmas, we cannot guarantee any timed deliveries. However, you can rest assured that we will endeavour to have all orders delivered as soon as possible, but any orders placed after the cut off time may not be delivered until 28th December at the earliest.
 
Delivery for Valentine's Day
 
The cut off time for guaranteed Valentine's Day delivery within Australia is 1:00pm Australian Eastern Standard time (AEST/UTC +10) on 14th February . Due to the large volume of orders that our florists will be delivering for Valentine's Day, we cannot guarantee any timed deliveries. However, you can rest assured that we will endeavour to have all orders delivered as soon as possible, but any orders placed after the cut off time may not be delivered until 15th February.
 
Delivery for Mother's Day
 
The cut off time for guaranteed Mother's Day delivery within Australia is 5:00pm AEST on the Satureday before Mother's Day. Due to the large volume of orders that our florists will be delivering for Mother's Day, we cannot guarantee any timed deliveries. However, you can rest assured that we will endeavour to have all orders delivered as soon as possible, but any orders placed after the cut off time may not be delivered until the following Monday.
 
We will make every effort to ensure the delivery occurs but we don’t guarantee the delivery of any product if:
 
The gift is refused by the recipient
 
The contact details supplied are in correct
 
Recipient has left delivery location and cannot be contacted.
 
An extra delivery charge will be incurred if a second delivery is attempted.
